Set in the peaceful Loughrigg area, a short drive from Ambleside and the Langdale Valley, Derwentwater Cabin is a thoughtfully renovated retreat within 18 acres of ancient woodland on the Neaum Crag estate - perfect for families and couples alike.

Dog-friendly and designed for outdoor living, you can hike and bike straight onto the fells from the door and wild swim in nearby tarns. The award-winning café Chesters by the River is a short stroll away, with cosy Lakeland pubs close by. After a day out, unwind on the private decking and spot native red squirrels in the surrounding woodland. The cabin also offers a large private driveway, private EV charger, parking for up to three cars, and multiple outdoor seating and dining areas.

Inside, the cabin is designed for comfort and ease, with a well-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave), fast WiFi, Smart TV, modern electric heating, and a spacious walk-in shower. Guests also have access to the estate’s indoor pool, sauna, table tennis, and laundry facilities.

The cabin is all on one level, there are 2 steps in and the driveway is gently sloped without steps.
